A process that uses heat to transfer dye onto a fabrics and other substrates. The “sublimation” happens when the dye transfers from a solid and gas state onto the fabric. The is no setup fee. Great for photos, clip-arts or basically nay multi-colored images. The is no minimum required. Only works on 100% WHITES & LIGHT COLORED POLYESTER GARMENTS. Dye-Sublimation is the best printing option. It is the only printing process for a durable print that won’t bleed, run, fade or crack over time. IT IS PERMANENT – DURABILITY IS SHIRT LIFE.

A mesh is used to transfer ink onto the fabric, using a stencil of the design.

Not recommended for small jobs. No Sampling Available. A minimum is usually required – average of 24 pieces or more. A set-up fee applies for each color and each print location. Set-up Fees are waived for orders over 150 pieces. Print lasts about 2 years or more, results vary depending on customer care. A screen printed image will eventually crack and peel in time.

The difference: Vinyl sheets will be replaced with metal studs or rhinestones. A one-time Setup Fee apply per design. Cost per piece is determined by the stone count. Stone count are calculated by the complexity, size, and colors of the design. Studs lasts about 1 year or more, results vary depending on customer care. Studs & stone will eventually peel and fall off in time.

Embroidery is the method used for decorating fabrics with a needle and a thread. This stitching technique allows you to embroider any design onto any fabric. A 3 piece minimum Applies. A set-up fee applies for each print location. Set-up Fees are waived for orders over 50 pieces. Print durability depends on customer care. Embroidery threads may become loose due to improper care.
